When two characters get married so one of them can delay in the land , it ’s only a topic of meter before it all comes crashing down . But what if one of them wants the other ’s health insurance ?
It does n’t seem like it was necessary to have Teddy Altman ( Kim Raver ) get married to Henry Burton ( Scott Foley ) . Since he has a serious disease , they did this so he could utilise her health insurance , but this was a totally uncheerful plot that did n’t have the typical romance or drama that fans love aboutGrey ’s Anatomy . Since Henry passed away , this sense even more tragic but not in a compelling way . If Teddy is going to have a making love interestingness , it should be Owen Hunt ( Kevin McKidd ) .
Alex Considers Leaving Seattle Grace

The Daughter Izzie Gave Up Comes To The Hospital
In the third season sequence " Time After Time , " Hannah , the girl that Izzie gave up , come to the hospital as she has Crab and would like Izzie to donate bone substance .
This plot line was definitely have in mind to show a compassionate , softer side of Izzie and make her more likable , but the verity is that Izzie has never been an easy lineament onGrey ’s Anatomyto like , so this storyline felt too emotionally manipulative . It would have been o.k. to get wind more about her daughter another way .
The Way Derek Dies
Grey’sfans know that Derek Shepherd ( Patrick Dempsey ) was going to leave the show so it made sense that his character would have to die . But the means that it chance is really badly done and seems so unneeded .

Penny is such an awkward character and hers is a depressing storyline that ends up feeling very unnecessary . No fan require to see her again , and she ’s not very interesting , either . The show has enough dramatic play , and it would have been good if Meredith had tried to date again or something else had been happen in season 12 .
Amelia Tells The Others That She’s Pregnant And Then She’s Not
Amelia ( Caterina Scorsone ) move through a flock before deciding to work at the same infirmary as her pal Derek . She learned while she was meaning that her baby would n’t pull through , so it ’s no wonder that she ’s not sure about have children with Owen .
When they talk about having kids in time of year 13 , Amelia feel that she must be pregnant super soon after that conversation , and she tells the other characters that she is . Well , she was never pregnant , so this is a random and unneeded plot line . She should either be fraught … or take a test and see that she ’s not . This was n’t handled very well .
Maggie Dates A Married Man
In season 14 , Maggie Pierce ( Kelly McCreary ) learns that her novel fellow , Clive ( Blake Hood ) is wed .
This is awkward since they gibe on a go steady app . Maggie has been single for so long , and she thought that she was eventually in a relationship . Fans felt mischievously for her , and it seemed strange to have this romance fizzle out so tight . Why not have Maggie have an actual romance ? She had focused on her workplace living long enough . It was so much more interesting when she had a crush on Jackson .
Maggie And Jackson Actually Date
No one wanted to see Jackson Avery ( Jessie Williams ) and Maggie flirt . It was so weird and did n’t feel right , and this is one of the most unneeded storylines on the show .
Something big ca n’t be ignored : Jackson and Maggie are half brother and stepsister because Catherine ( Jackson ’s mother ) and Richard ( Maggie ’s father ) are married . So why would the writers have them be in a relationship ?
The Ghost Sex Storyline
Of course , when fan think about unnecessary storyline onGrey ’s Anatomy , they ca n’t assist but recall the spook gender storyline . DidIzziereally have to sleep with her all in fiance Denny Duquette ( Jeffrey Dean Morgan ) ?
