He ’s always been plague , if you will , about doing the right thing at all costs . Unfortunately it be him his liveliness , but seem back , he does n’t regret it .
DeLuca ’s death came as a shock , considering his injury and decease unfold in the same crossover . Many viewers also assumed if a character were to die this season it would likely be Koracick , as he already come close due to the coronavirus . As it often does , Grey ’s Anatomyalso lulled audiences into a false sense of security by render DeLuca alert and felicitous after surgery . As far as Gianniotti ’s reaction to DeLuca ’s death , it ’s nice to hear he feels it was a satisfying ending for his quality . He for sure went out a fighter . His scene with Meredith on the beach were some of the most poignant yet this time of year , specially as it became clear DeLuca was say cheerio . Though it may be disappointing forsomeGrey ’s Anatomyviewersthe two did n’t get that opportunity in the substantial macrocosm , it fit the themes of this season nicely . As other doctors find out about DeLuca ’s tragical passing , the farewell to the character will proceed intoGrey ’s Anatomy ’s next installment .
