George would n’t live long in the Games because he would do what he did inGrey’s . He would give himself for the sake of someone else . Unfortunately , in the game , no one would endeavor to save him and only a few would appreciate his honorable gesture . Still , his kind nature would mean he would n’t last long in the Games .
Richard Webber
Richard Webber may not make the best judgment calls but he has more than proven that he has a good heart and care about every single one of his employers .
Richard would be ideal for an alinement fellow member . Not only is he a tranquil and call for leader but his experiences would give him an advantage over the new and most uninitiated contestant . He would also be undefended to the musical theme because he roll in the hay the masses he bring with and like being in a office of great power . Unfortunately for him , the Games are a trivial different than the infirmary since only one can come out alive . Richard would mislay by being betrayed .
Derek Shepherd
McDreamy himself . Even with all of his skills , Derek would only make it as far as his peevishness and emotions . He would combat himself internally , wanting to help those he care about and also endeavor to be the best fighter of all .
This room of thinking would get the best of him in the arena as it often did in the hospital . Someone would still-hunt him mid - thought and his ego would get the better of him .
Alex Karev
Cocky from the start , Alex Karevwas not always the most likable guy rope . However , as he formulate over metre and found his vocation , the audience truly got to see what he was made of . His pith is as potent as his head and he would work a passel of fight and passion into the arena .
He might not stab someone in the back but he would n’t stick his cervix out for anyone . As before long as other challenger realized that , they would team up against him and he would be eliminated .
Callie Torres
Callie would make it to the top 5 because of her ability to recollect outside the loge . However , she would in the end fall because she has a tendency to go from 0 to 100 when she does n’t get her manner and would turn on anyone that made problems for her .
Meredith Grey

Miranda Bailey would be a pitiless contender in the arena . Straight from the get - go , Bailey made it clear to the interns that she was not someone to be trifle with . With her grim personality and no - folderal attitude , Bailey managed to intimidate a lot of people , including Cristina , Meredith , and Alex .
Her presence would surely inculcate fear into the other contender . unluckily , she would not make it past the final 3 as the final two competitors would circumvent her with experience and gumption .
Owen Hunt
This challenger may or may not have been obvious . Owen Hunt is not only an exigency expert and could handle most anything thrown his way , but has experience in the Army .
Owen has offspring dealing with his emotions and even at one point let in that he would rather run from it rather than deal with being hurt . Which is exactly what would come of him in the arena . He will run from a problem and compensate the price instead . Whether it be at the hands of the net rivalry or the arena itself is still up for debate .
Cristina Yang
The most likely to win the Hunger Gamesis also the same person who eventually became the Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery at the Klausman Institute for Medical Research : Cristina Yang .
Cristina has the most gumption and self - motivation from start to close . Not only does she have a high skill set and is extremely ambitious , but Cristina also knows when not to let her emotions get in the style of " body of work . " Although she would belike regret the death of her ally , Cristina would not waver to eliminate the others if it mean she survived . That ’s how she would gain ground the Hunger Games .
