Stephanie was probably the best character out of her mass of houseman . Although she could be a little irritating , she more than made up for it with her sass and her undeniable operative skills . Plus , she was a literal friend to Jo .
Stephanie ’s outlet was also belike the most striking passing in the whole ofGrey ’s Anatomy , as the entire Season 13finalewas focused on her and her attempt to keep a little girl from a monumental fire raging through the hospital . It was a truly howling episode .
WORST: Alex Karev
Alex Karev ’s exit was extremely controversial , and his going left theGrey ’s Anatomyfandom entirely part . Alexhad been a beloved mainstay of the serial for over fifteen seasons , until he made his last visual aspect in episode 8 of Season 16 .
