If Bailey and Alex had ever scram together , it would have caused viewers to question everything they have intercourse and roll in the hay about Miranda Bailey , while Alex would have most in all probability participated in the affair to gain an advantage in the work . It would have been an unwished-for storyline , to say the least .
Should: Mark Sloan

Should: Teddy Altman
Alex needs a strong fair sex , someone who is her own boss and can emboss him around as well . Teddy is definitely that kind of woman and she wo n’t put up with any drama or games . Someone like Teddy could have been really great for Alex .
